Preview – VOODOO SIX ANNOUNCE UK LIVE SHOWS FOR FEBRUARY 2023 WITH SCARLET REBELS AND ROYAL BLISS

An incredible triple threat bill of the best in hard rock from either side of the pond, Voodoo Six, Scarlet Rebels and Royal Bliss will be heading to Bristol and Southampton in 2023.

Renowned for being a formidable live force, Voodoo Six have headlined shows throughout the UK and Europe and performed as special guests alongside the likes of Iron Maiden, UFO and Extreme. A popular staple on the festival circuit, the band specialise in delivering driving, contemporary rock with an undercurrent of blues cut through with killer riffs, and have performed at Download and Sonisphere

After releasing their sixth studio album ‘Simulation Game’ in 2020, the critical consensus was that Voodoo Six had raised themselves to another level. Gaining praise from the likes of The Rockpit, Powerplay Magazine and Classic Rock, the latter lauded: “from start to finish, this is solid, powerhouse stuff no mistake.”

Ready to hit the road again in February, Voodoo Six will be joined by Scarlet Rebels and Royal Bliss. With a sound as broad as their ambition, Welsh rockers Scarlet Rebels fuse the rocket-powered energy of classic hard rock bands such as Guns N’ Roses and Aerosmith with the vital modern edge of alt-rock giants like Foo Fighters ad the timeless, vivid songwriting of Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen.

Releasing their second album ‘See Through Blue’ at the beginning of 2020, the melodic five-piece crucifies a ruling elite and was born out of anger at “some faceless British politician” taking claim from Marcus Rashford’s campaign for free school meals.

Since their formation, Royal Bliss have been a powerful force in rock music. Formed in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997, the band are best known for persevering and surviving. After thriving as an independent band, signing with Capitol Records, relentless touring, starting an exciting new partnership with Kartel and seeing two of their latest singles hit the Top 20 Active Rock charts, the four-piece are more than ready to see where their next chapter takes them.

After the abrupt shock the pandemic brought for the self-confessed “road warriors”, Royal Bliss have spent the last few years reflecting on their two decades together as a band and how, despite all the odds stacked against them, they survived. With an aim to bring people together, Royal Bliss are now preparing to release new music through the upcoming year.
