Preview – Wargasm

Lost Horizon, Thursday 21st October

Bristol has a reputation as a rebel city. So what better place for the CyperPunk, smash mouth, post-apocalyptic metal heads that are Wargasm to chose as a special one off curtain raiser to that debut UK headline tour (17th – 24th November).

We get to experience the blistering two piece (Sam Matlock & Milkie Way) before anyone else.

And this really does have the potential to be one of those โ€œwhere were you whenโ€ shows. With only limited tickets remaining it feels as though the Bristol crowd already know that Wargasm have been simmering and threatening to boil over into a frothing, writhing, contorted explosion of post hardcore, electro-metal for the past 18 months.

Someone has unlocked the cage door and left it ajar. And the beast within is like a genetic blend of Slipknot, prodigy and L7 that has been poked with a stick one too many times.

Expect screamed vocals over aggressive riffs, distorted bass and electronic sounds.

Stand out tracks โ€œGod of Warโ€, โ€œSpitโ€ and new single โ€œSalma Hayek will pour cement into the foundations of a band that are ready to dominate the scene for years to come.

This is gonna be specialย ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป
